You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We're here to help.
Under the CCPA (California), GDPR (European Union), and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data from our systems.
WishMyList will process all verified data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:
⚠️ Please note: Certain data may be retained for a period required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for up to 7 years). Anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot identify you are not subject to deletion.
You may request deletion through any of the following methods:
Log in and navigate to Account Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately initiate the deletion process. Your subscription will be cancelled and all data removed within 30 days.
Send a request to privacy@wishmylist.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered email address so we can verify your identity. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days.
