How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Subscription in your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we consider refunds for accidental duplicate charges, major service outages, and legally required cases. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from your Profile Settings under "Danger Zone". Alternatively, submit a request via our Data Deletion page.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" to receive a password reset link by email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET). High-volume periods may take up to 3 business days.
